Reiki can best be described as a natural Japanese / Tibetan healing system which promotes a positive attitude from within. Reiki is very relaxing and therefore reduces stress, enables your own body’s healing mechanism to take over and heal physical, mental/emotional and spiritual conditions. This in itself gives a deep sense of wellbeing.

Many forms of alternative / complimentary healing therapy uses Ki, Chi or Prana but only someone who has been attuned to Reiki by a master is able to channel it. Reiki is a complementary therapy and as such cannot provide a diagnosis.
